Leslie J Rising (they/them) is a Philadelphia-based VO artist, actor, singer, and podcaster.Originally from Orlando Florida, they began acting and singing at age three and have starred in live theater productions such as My Fair Lady, The Wizard of Oz, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.They were the titular "Claire" in the Orlando-based pop group Claire and the Potatoes, which won Orlando Weekly's Best Pop Act in 2013.They have voiced in both creative and commercial projects, including the upcoming video game Text Me Back, audio drama podcasts such as Observable Radio, and commercial advertisements for Mira Aesthetic in Costa Mesa, CA.They currently co-host Fangs for the Memories, a Buffy the Vampire Slayer review podcast, which can be heard on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and your podcast app of choice.
